Three recently updated dashboards address projects under development, Article 22 green buildings, and changes in market rate rents

First Quarter 2023 Development Log

The Development Log tracks large-scale residential and commercial development projects in Cambridge. The current edition tracks 75 projects totaling 15.8 million square feet. Projects cover the construction of 5,200 housing units. This includes over 900 units of affordable housing:

Article 22 Green Buildings

Green Building Requirements found in Section 22.20 of the Zoning Ordinance promote environmentally sustainable development. The Article 22 dashboard provides information about 131 completed buildings meeting requirements of the ordinance:

Rental Cost and Affordability Monitor

This dashboard provides an overview of the rental housing market.  You can learn about median rents, number of listing, and housing affordability:
