The City of Cambridge FY2025 real estate and personal property tax bills will be mailed on October 25, 2024. The first half portion is due and payable on November 25, 2024. The second half portion will be issued on April 1, 2025 and due on May 1, 2025.

Taxpayer Assistance Available
The Assessing Department will be offering virtual neighborhood taxpayer assistance meetings via Zoom. Prior to the scheduled date, links to the meeting will be available on the Assessing Department's website at https://www.cambridgema.gov/Departments/Assessing.
(To complete applications for income-related exemptions, a copy of your 2023 income tax return will be required.)
