Description
The City of Cambridge and De Novo held their second Virtual Immigration Legal Screening Clinic on April 15, 2020, providing limited consultations, while City and De Novo offices are closed to the public. The next Virtual Clinic is scheduled for Wednesday, May 20, 2020. Callers to the Virtual Clinic Hotline at 617- 405-5479 will be asked to leave their name and contact phone number. A return call from De Novo staff will ask some pertinent questions to enable assignment to an Immigration Attorney, who will contact callers for a limited consultation. Attorneys will return their assigned calls within a few days of receiving their assignments on May 20, 2020. Calls received by 12 p.m. on May 20, 2020 will be returned within 3-4 business days. Once capacity for the third clinic is reached, additional callers will be assigned to the next Virtual Clinic, should it be necessary, on Wednesday June 17, 2020.
Note: Interested persons may call the Virtual Clinic hotline and leave a message per direction above anytime between now and May, 20, 2020 at 12 p.m.
The City of Cambridge and De Novo regular monthly Immigration Legal Screening Clinics for Massachusetts immigrants and their families, will resume once City Offices and DeNovo reopen.
When: 5:15 pm - 7:15 pm, every third Wednesday
Where: De Novo, 47 Thorndike St, Suite SB-LL-1, near Lechmere T Station - corner of Otis and Third Sts.

Please do NOT arrive earlier than 5:00 pm. Early arrivals will not be given preference. Attorneys will meet with as many people as possible during the two hours but we cannot guarantee a turn. Attorneys will not review or complete any forms. If you need interpretation, please bring your own adult interpreter.
