Materials from the meeting, including the slides and a recording of the presentation will be posted to the project webpage following the meeting, typically within a week. We also have an in-person open house event planned for Wednesday, March 22 at the intersection of Main Street and Bishop Allen Drive from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Information shared at this open house will include only what is discussed at the March 16 meeting: no new information will be shared. Instead, community members will be able to drop by in-person to talk to city staff, ask questions, and provide feedback. You may at anytime also submit feedback through the project's online feedback form.
