Description

On Monday, December 2nd from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., we will host the first Working Group Meeting for the Safety Improvement Project on Cambridge St

Meeting Agenda

The meeting will include a presentation by City staff and the Consensus Building Institute (CBI), who is assisting the city in the facilitation of the Working Group. Coffee and snacks will be provided. Working Group members will introduce themselves. We'll provide an overview of the working group process, member roles and expectations and save time for public comment at the end.

How to Participate

All Working Group meetings are open to the public, although time for general public comment will be limited. The Project will also be holding general public meetings and other public events throughout the project. We encourage interested members of the public to join the project mailing list at in order to learn about these events. 

We will meet at the City Hall Annex Building at 344 Broadway. On the day of the webinar, you can join by clicking this link or by entering the Webinar ID: 830 3223 6279 directly into Zoom. If you would like to listen by phone, call + 1 646 931 3860 and enter Webinar ID 830 3223 6279. Unless you are a working group member, your camera and microphone will be disabled upon entering the meeting. Attendees joining either in person or remotely will be able to speak during public comment, which will occur at the end of the meeting.
