Surface Ice/Water Rescue Training

During this period of extremly cold weather, all companies, all groups, hve been rotating thru this hands-on training review, utilizing the Mustang surface water/ice rescue suits & MARSARS water/ice rescue system at Fresh Pond. Our mutual aid partners, Somerville Fire companies have also also been participating, along with Cambridge companies.

 

If a person or dog is in trouble in the ice or water, call 911 right away. Cambridge Emergency Communications staff will immediately dispatch fire companies. Firefighters will make the rescue and provide emergency medical care as needed.!
