"Navigating Loss," An Informal Conversational Group Exploring Grief, Extends Sessions

In response to community feedback, the Council on Aging is offering more sessions of Navigating Loss: Grief Has Its Season.

In this informal conversational group, we will explore grief and how it impacts our lives. We will also share resources, coping strategies, and personal experiences around loss. All are welcome to attend any or all of the following sessions:

  • Monday, February 3 at the Cambridge Senior Center, 806 Massachusetts Ave., 1 - 2 p.m.
  • Monday, March 3 at the Cambridge Senior Center, 806 Massachusetts Ave., 1 - 2 p.m.
  • Monday, April 7 at the Cambridge Senior Center, 806 Massachusetts Ave., 1 - 2 p.m.

Conversations will be facilitated by Susan Pacheco, Executive Director of the Cambridge Council on Aging, and Vincent McCarthy, Director of Client Services at the Cambridge Council on Aging.

Registration is encouraged, but drop-in participation is also welcome.
