The library provides federal 1040/1040SR tax forms and instructions and Massachusetts state tax forms. We are also able to print forms from the IRS website and from the Massachusetts Department of Revenue website.Tax Forms Online

Tax Assistance
Harvard Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) student volunteers will provide free tax assistance at the Cambridge Public Library from February 12 to April 17, 2024, on most Mondays 4-7 p.m. and Saturdays 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Appointments are required. Starting Saturday, February 3, an intake form will be available on the Harvard VITA website: https://www.harvardvita.org/tax-assistance. Volunteers will call those who have filled out the form to assess their tax preparation needs and assign the appointment slots.
