Application Veggie Galaxy LLC d/b/a Veggie Galaxy, Adam Penn, Manager, holder of a wine & malt beverages as a restaurant license at 450 Massachusetts Avenue has applied for an alteration of premise to include alcohol and food service on an outdoor patio on public property.

Application The Just Crust, LLC d/b/a The Just Crust Pizzeria, Kevin Liss-Riordan, Manager, has applied for a wine & malt beverages as a restaurant license at 47-49 Brattle Street. The proposed application is for 18 seats and hours of operation from 10:00am to 1:00am Sunday through Thursday and 10:00am to 2:00am Friday and Saturday. Applicant is also applying for an entertainment license to include background music and a TV.

Application Atwood’s Corner, LLC d/b/a Atwood’s Tavern, Ryan Magee, Manager, holder of an all alcoholic beverages as a restaurant license at 877 Cambridge Street has applied for a transfer of stock and change of members in the LLC. Applicant is also applying for a change of manager to Patrick Magee.

Application One Broadway Donuts, LLC d/b/a Dunkin Donuts, David Carvalho, Manager, has applied for a common victualer license to be exercised at One Broadway. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a seating capacity of 14. The hours of operation will be 5:00am to 11:00pm seven days per week. This is an existing licensee moving in to another space in the same building.

Application Bao & Mein, Inc. d/b/a Shabu at Kendall, Tony Liang, Manager, has applied for an all alcoholic beverages as a restaurant license at 1 Rogers Street. The proposed capacity is 100 seats inside and 32 seats on a seasonal outdoor patio. The hours of operation would be 10:00am to 1:00am seven days per week. Applicant is also applying for an entertainment license to include: Reading of poetry and other works; live music with amplification; music which may be played below, at, or above conversation level; TV; radio; IPod.
Application Met Boston Limo, Inc. d/b/a Orient Express Limousine Service has applied for a livery/limousine license at 186 Alewife Brook Parkway, Suite 304, for 8 vehicles that will be parked at 23 Bay State Road.

Application Bourbon Lesley, LLC d/b/a Bourbon Coffee, Tareq Yaghmour, manager, holder of a common victualer license at 1815 Massachusetts Avenue has applied for a seasonal outdoor patio on the public sidewalk for 16 seats. Total seating capacity (indoor and outdoor) can never exceed 75.

Application Town & Country Art, LLC d/b/a Paint, Leslie Belkner, Manager, has applied for a wine & malt beverages as a restaurant license at 31 Belmont Street. The proposed application is for 20 seats and hours of operation from 5:00pm to 10:00pm Tuesday through Sunday.

Application G&G Restaurant Group, Inc. d/b/a Primo Pizza & Roast Beef, George Panagopoulos, Manager, has applied for a common victualer license to be exercised at 783 Main Street. Said license if granted would allow food and non-alcoholic beverages to be sold, served, and consumed on said premises with a seating capacity of 18. The hours of operation will be 11:00am to 11:00pm seven days per week.

Application Lebanese Grill, Inc. d/b/a Sabra Grill, Saide Sebaaly, Manager, holder of a common victualer license at 20 Eliot Street has applied for a change of hours from 10:00am to 10:00pm seven days per week to 10:00am to 3:30am seven days per week.
