Description

Chetwynd Road from Newell Street to the end is scheduled for reconstruction in 2024 as part of the City’s Five-Year Plan for Sidewalk and Street Reconstruction.

The Department of Public Works and the City’s Community Development Department will be hosting an on-site walk Tuesday, April 16 from 5-7 p.m. Anyone interested in attending can meet project staff at the corner of Chetwynd Road and Newell Street.

To help you prepare for the meeting, we have posted a video presentation on the project page at www.cambridgema.gov/chetwyndroad. We encourage all residents and businesses to watch this video prior to the April 16 meeting.

We are in the design phase of the project. City staff would like to meet residents and walk the street to identify and discuss issues of concern. If you are unable to attend the site walk, please share your feedback by completing this brief survey:
