1. Cambridge Bancorp Presentation
   Cambridge Bancorp representatives will present their report to the Board.
2. Minutes
   Vote to consider the regular minutes of the meeting held on November 7, 2022. Vote to consider the executive session minutes of the meeting held on November 7, 2022.
3. Warrants
   Vote to consider payment of warrant #22 in the amount of $8,917,722.74 and warrant #23 in the amount of $2,227,539.32.
4. Superannuations
   Vote to consider the Superannuation retirement applications submitted by: Frank Atchue, Plumbing & Gas Inspector, Inspectional Services Dept. with twenty-nine years, six months; William Connell Jr., Assistant Manager of Distribution, Water Dept. with forty-six years, two months; Stephen Lyons, Patrol Officer, Police Dept. with thirty-three years, eleven months; Frederic Riley, Deputy Superintendent, Police Dept. with thirty-three years, ten months.
5. Redeposits / Make-up / Liability
   Vote to consider the make-up of deductions requested by: 1. Derrick S. Bridgeman, 2 years 4 months (pro-rated) 2. Ashebir T. Gezmu, 1 year 7 months (pro-rated) 3. Christine E. Gilbertson, 3 months (pro-rated), request acceptance of liability Vote to consider the redeposit of a refund for: 1. Marc Y. Jean Baptiste, 3 years 5 months (pro-rated)
6. Make-up - Malvina Monteiro
   Vote to consider the request to make-up one year of creditable service for Malvina Monteiro and the request to waive interest on the payment. Ms. Monteiro is represented by Attorney Nicholas Poser.
7. Refund Applications
   Vote to consider nine refund applications submitted in November.
8. Accidental Disability Benefit - Joanne Allison
   Vote to consider the responses of the medical panel in the Accidental Disability application filed by Joanne Allison, a Parking Control Officer in the Traffic & Parking Dept. Ms. Allison is represented by Attorney Kelli Silva.
9. Accidental Disability Benefit - Eduardo Santana
   Vote to consider any further action in the Accidental Disability application filed by Eduardo Santana, Senior Milieu Counselor at Cambridge Health Alliance. Mr. Santana is represented by Attorney Tim Smyth.
