The Community Development Department (CDD) is leading a community process to update zoning for Central Square. Guided by community goals identified in prior planning efforts, the recommendations will focus on increasing housing, creating public spaces to build community, and supporting our diverse retail, cultural, and non-profit community.
Join us for the first of three community meetings to discuss potential updates to the zoning for Central Square. The project team will introduce the process, recap community goals, frame the key issues, review the C2 Study zoning recommendations, and gather community feedback. We encourage anyone interested to join us for a robust conversation and provide feedback to the planning team!
