Description

Take control of your high blood pressure and health. The Cambridge Public Health Department’s Healthy Eating and Active Living team is partnering with Cambridge Health Alliance’s Windsor Clinic to offer monthly walk-in education sessions on hypertension (high blood pressure) prevention and maintenance strategies.

Learn how to manage your blood pressure with simple, healthy food choices and exercise. These sessions are free and no insurance is needed.
