Pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023 adopted by Massachusetts General Court and approved by the Governor, the Cambridge Retirement System is authorized to use remote participation at meetings of the Board. This will be a hybrid meeting, held in-person at 125 CambridgePark Drive and also via videoconference.    Vote to consider the regular minutes of the meeting held on March 4, 2024. Vote to consider the executive session minutes of the meeting held on March 4, 2024. Vote to consider the minutes of the investment review meeting held on March 6, 2024.
2. Warrants
   Vote to consider payment of warrant #6 in the amount of $9,567,672.01 and warrant #7 in the amount of $3,628,875.78.
3. Superannuations

6. Accidental Disability Benefit - Craig Yearwood
   Vote to consider the reports of the medical panel in the Accidental Disability application filed by Craig Yearwood, a Firefighter. Mr. Yearwood is not represented by an attorney.
7. Cost of Living Adjustment
   Vote to consider a cost of living adjustment for retirees, using an $18,000 base, to be effective July 1, 2024.
8. Annual Statement
   Vote to consider acceptance of the 2023 Annual Statement.
9. Executive Director Search Process
   Consider the report of the subcommittee evaluating candidates for the hiring of the Executive Director of the Cambridge Retirement System.
