Description

Pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023 adopted by Massachusetts General Court and approved by the Governor, the Cambridge Retirement System is authorized to use remote participation at meetings of the Board. This will be a hybrid meeting, held in-person at 125 CambridgePark Drive and also via videoconference.     William Keefe will introduce himself to the Board.
  2. Minutes
    Vote to consider the minutes of the investment review meeting held on May 30, 2024. Vote to consider the regular minutes of the meeting held on June 12, 2024. Vote to consider the executive session minutes of the meeting held on June 12, 2024.
  3. Warrants
    Vote to consider payment of warrant #12 in the amount of $9,684,224.09 and warrant #13 in the amount of $169,518.00.
  4. Superannuations
    Vote to consider the Superannuation retirement applications submitted by: Kenneth Atwell, Lab Manager, Cambridge Health Alliance with thirty-two years, ten months; Teresa Brown, ESOL Teacher, Dept. of Human Services with thirty-three years, three months; Marie Jean-Michel Dubuisson, Paraprofessional, School Dept. with twenty-eight years, ten months.
  5. Redeposits / Make-up / Liability
    Vote to consider the make-up of prior service for: 1. Joshua Arevalo for eleven months 2. Kathleen Burke for five years, ten months and requesting waiver of interest due to a payroll error in 2018
  6. Refund Applications
    Vote to consider ten refund applications submitted in June.
  7. Accidental Disability Benefit - Pauline Adams-Kelsey
    Vote to consider the reports of the medical panel in the Accidental Disability application filed by Pauline Adams-Kelsey, Operations Assistant in the Dept. of Public Works. Ms. Adams-Kelsey is represented by Attorney Michael Akashian.
  8. Accidental Disability Benefit - Robert Ivanoskos
    Vote to consider the application for Accidental Disability benefits filed by Robert Ivanoskos, Skilled Laborer in the Traffic & Parking Dept. Mr. Ivanoskos is represented by Attorney John Moran.
  9. Reorganization of Office Staff
    Vote to consider a change in job title and salary schedule for Christopher McLaughlin and to authorize the hire of a Member Service Coordinator.
