Pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023 adopted by Massachusetts General Court and approved by the Governor, the Cambridge Retirement System is authorized to use remote participation at meetings of the Board. This will be a hybrid meeting, held in-person at 125 CambridgePark Drive and also via videoconference.    Kathy Riley from Segal Company will appear and review new funding schedules.
2. Annual Update – Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossman, LLP
   Representatives from Bernstein Litowitz will provide an update on securities litigation activity.
3. Minutes
   Vote to consider the regular minutes of the meeting held on August 5, 2024. Vote to consider the executive session minutes of the meeting held on August 5, 2024.
4. Warrants
   Vote to consider payment of warrant #16 in the amount of $10,705,045.07 and warrant #17 in the amount of $1,846,830.70.

   Vote to consider the reports of the medical panel in the Accidental Disability application filed by Raymond Pina, a Detective in the Police Dept. Mr. Pina is represented by Attorney Thomas Gibson.
