Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 6:00 PM to consider the following matters under M.G.L. Ch. 40C and Ch. 2.78 of the Code of the City of Cambridge:

Case 5198: 3 Phillips Pl., by Nexus Legacy Development LLC. Continuance of hearing: Renovate. Add elevator. Demolish portion of addition on east side. Enlarge basement and construct ramp to garage. Construct residential decks and patio.
