Regular meeting of Cambridge's Open Data Review Board.

This hybrid meeting will take place at City Hall In the Ackermann room, with an option for virtual attendance via zoom.

Guest Presentation

Courtney Moores serves as the Director of Performance Management on Boston’s Citywide Analytics Team, overseeing performance management and process improvement initiatives. With a background in business administration, marketing, and data analytics from Northeastern University and extensive private-sector experience, including roles at Forrester Research and advertising agencies. 
 
Courtney will share the initial objectives behind CityScore, discuss key lessons learned, and explore how these experiences have shaped Boston's current focus on building a comprehensive Metrics Library. Attendees will gain valuable perspectives on leveraging open data for effective city performance management and continuous improvement.
