Pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023 adopted by Massachusetts General Court and approved by the Governor, the Cambridge Retirement System is authorized to use remote participation at meetings of the Board. This will be a hybrid meeting, held in-person at 125 CambridgePark Drive and also via videoconference. The link to join the videoconference is

  6. Accidental Disability Benefit - Howard Smith
    Vote to consider the clarified reports of the medical panel in the Accidental Disability application filed by Howard Smith, a Firefighter. Mr. Smith is represented by Attorney Tim Smyth.
  7. Accidental Disability Application - William Daley
    Vote to consider the application for Accidental Disability benefits filed by William Daley, Licensed Electrician in the Dept. of Public Works (formerly Electrical Department). Mr. Daley is represented at Attorney David DiCenso.
  8. Auditors Report
    Vote to accept the reports of the KPMG auditors for the year ending December 31, 2022.
  9. Appointment of Fifth Board Member
    Vote to consider a process for selecting and interviewing candidates for the Fifth Board
    Member position.
