Are you worried about overdoses happening in your neighborhood? Have you wondered how you can help prevent a fatal overdose?
Learn how to prevent, recognize and respond to an opioid overdose at this comprehensive free training, which also covers:
- Recognizing the signs of an overdose
- Responding to an overdose safely and effectively
- Empowering yourself to make the right decisions
Pharmacists will be on-site dispensing naloxone, the medication that reverses the effects of an overdose. If you are interested in leaving the event with naloxone, bring your insurance card.
