Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held on Thursday, September 5, 2024, at 6:00 PM to consider the following matters under M.G.L. Ch. 40C and Ch. 2.78 of the Code of the City of Cambridge:

Public Hearing: Landmark Designation Procedures
Case L-147: 43-45 Mt Auburn St. Foundation for Civic Leadership, owner. Continuation of 7/11/24 hearing regarding citizen petition for landmark study.
Public Hearing: Alterations to Designated Properties
Case 5163: 165 Brattle St., by Sophie Higgs. Continuation of 8/8/24 hearing. Exterior renovations including new windows and siding at rear wing; construct rear addition; fences, gates, walkway and patio.
Case 5173: 173 Mt. Auburn St., by Pradeep Mansukhani. Change exterior paint colors; replace windows.
Case 5174: 10 Garden St., by President & Fellows of Harvard College. Install temporary banners and wall sign for Harvard Radcliffe Institute anniversary.
