CAMBRIDGE HISTORICAL COMMISSION


Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held on Thursday, September 5, 2024, at 6:00 PM to consider the following matters under M.G.L. Ch. 40C and Ch. 2.78 of the Code of the City of Cambridge:

This meeting will be held online with remote participation. The public may participate via Zoom webinar (https://zoom.us/) from a phone, tablet, or computer.

Public Hearing: Landmark Designation Procedures
Case L-147: 43-45 Mt Auburn St. Foundation for Civic Leadership, owner.
Continuation of 7/11/24 hearing regarding citizen petition for landmark study.

Public Hearing: Alterations to Designated Properties
Case 5163: 165 Brattle St., by Sophie Higgs.
Continuation of 8/8/24 hearing. Exterior renovations including new windows and siding at rear wing; construct rear addition; fences, gates, walkway and patio.

Case 5173: 173 Mt. Auburn St., by Pradeep Mansukhani.
Change exterior paint colors; replace windows.

Case 5174: 10 Garden St., by President & Fellows of Harvard College.
Install temporary banners and wall sign for Harvard Radcliffe Institute anniversary.

Cases may be taken out of order and approved at the beginning of the meeting. Persons who wish to have a hearing on a case should notify the Commission in advance or be present at the beginning of the meeting when the Consent Agenda will be discussed.
