1. Call to Order 

   - Welcome and brief overview of the meeting purpose. 

 

2. Assign Minute Taker 

   - Select a volunteer to document key points and actions. 

 

3. Introduction of Members

   - A quick round of introductions. 

   - Members can share their background, areas of interest, and motivations for joining the committee. 

 

4. Review and Approve Previous Minutes

   - Outline the committee’s vision for increasing diversity. 

   - Collaboratively establish 2–3 measurable goals to guide efforts. 

   - Discuss strategies for supporting more diverse communities.

   a. Strategic Brainstorming: Increasing Representation 

   - Explore ideas for promoting engagement from diverse communities. 

   - Plan events or campaigns that highlight intersectionality within LGBTQIA+ spaces. 

 

   b. Partnering with Community Organizations 

   - Identify potential partnerships with local groups that align with diversity goals. 

   - Develop strategies to collaborate and share resources effectively. 

 

   c. Outreach and Awareness Plan 

   - Design a plan to reach marginalized voices in Cambridge. 

   - Include actionable steps such as social media engagement, in-person forums, and educational workshops. 

 

9. Open Forum or Discussion 

   - Provide space for attendees to share concerns, ideas, or suggestions for future agenda items. 

 

10. Actionable Steps & Assignments 

    - Assign responsibilities to members for follow-ups and project ownership. 

 

11. Next Meeting Date and Time 

    - Confirm next meeting: January 2nd? Does that work or should we skip to Feburary 6th? Meet every month or every other month.
