Celebrate poetry month at Valente! Join us after school to make your own poetry using markers and old magazines. Materials will be provided by the library.

Erasure poetry, also known as blackout poetry, is a form of found poetry where a poet takes an existing text and obscures a large portion of the text, creating a new work from what remains.

This workshop is for youth ages 11-14. No registration is required for this drop-in event. For more information, contact the library at 617-349-4015.
