The City Council will conduct a joint Roundtable of the City Council and School Committee to discuss the City’s universal pre-kindergarten program
Pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2022 adopted by Massachusetts General Assembly and approved by the Governor, this meeting will be hybrid allowing participation in the Sullivan Chamber and remotely.

MASSACHUSETTS GENERAL LAWS, CHAPTER 30A, SECTION 20 (g)
No person shall address a meeting of a public body without permission of the chair, and all persons shall, at the request of the chair, be silent. No person shall disrupt the proceedings of a meeting of a public body. If, after clear warning from the chair, a person continues to disrupt the proceedings, the chair may order the person to withdraw from the meeting and if the person does not withdraw, the chair may authorize a constable or other officer to remove the person from the meeting.
CITY COUNCIL RULE 31. MEMBERS LOBBY.
No person will be admitted with in the rail in the Sullivan Chamber or in Members' Lobby connected with said chamber at any meeting of the City Council except upon permission of the chair.
CITY COUNCIL RULES 24C AND 38 CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS FOR PUBLIC COMMENT:
1. State your name and address
2. State the agenda item you are speaking about
3. Only comments on agenda items under debate are allowed
4. Signs, posters, and placards must remain outside the Chamber
