Description

Pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023 adopted by Massachusetts General Court and approved by the Governor, the Cambridge Retirement System is authorized to use remote participation at meetings of the Board. This will be a hybrid meeting, held in-person at 125 CambridgePark Drive and also via videoconference.     Vote to consider payment of warrant #10 in the amount of $9,351,618.71 and warrant #11 in the amount of $148,030.31.
  3. Superannuations

    Vote to consider the application for Accidental Disability benefits filed by Jacques Desrosiers, a Patrol Officer in the Police Dept. Mr. Desrosiers is represented by Attorney Morgan Gray.
  7. Accidental Disability Benefit - Howard Smith
    Vote to consider the reports of the medical panel in the Accidental Disability application filed by Howard Smith, a Firefighter. Mr. Walsh is represented by Attorney Tim Smyth.
  8. Board Election
    The Election Officer will report to the Board following the close of the nomination period. Vote to consider a determination that only one candidate submitted valid nomination papers and should be declared elected.
