The Applicant also proposes to install 1 equipment cabinet and 1 battery backup cabinet mounted out of view inside the building. The Applicant's proposal complies with Section 6409 of the Spectrum Act as the collocation of the antennas is not a substantial change to the existing base station. The Applicant's proposal also complies with the OTARD Rule because none of the antennas are greater than 1 meter and the antennas are designed to receive and transmit fixed wireless broadband internet signals. Moreover, the Applicant's proposal complies with Section 4.32 and 10.4 of the City of Cambridge Zoning Ordinance.
