Description
In October, a section of Garden Street switched to one-way operation for people driving as part of the Garden Street Safety Improvement Project. Since then, City staff have been observing the impacts to side streets, listening to feedback from community members, and making changes to reduce traffic backups. Join us on Tuesday, November 29 at 6:30 p.m. for a Listening Session on the changes. This will be an in-person event in the auditorium of the Graham and Parks School. At this meeting, the City will give a brief presentation and listen to your feedback on the impacts of the one-way switch.
This is one of two scheduled listening sessions on the Garden Street Safety Improvement Project planned by the Traffic, Parking, and Transportation Department. The second will be a Zoom meeting held on Tuesday, December 13 at 6 p.m. If you can't attend one of the sessions or have feedback you would like to share immediately, please reach out to the TP+T Department at tpt@cambridgema.gov.
