Explore Qigong warm-ups and the elements of Tai Chi in a low key, friendly environment with instructor, Ellen DeGenova. This session will be infused with winter solstice reflections on the value of darkness, dormancy, strategic retreat and “don’t know mind.” There’s no complicated choreography. A seated option is available. No experience necessary. Registration is required.
