The City of Cambridge is proud to provide free public WiFi at all public libraries, schools, City buildings, youth centers and select parks around Cambridge. A goal of our public WiFi program is to bridge the digital divide in Cambridge that disproportionately affects low income households. Lack of internet access often translates to fewer opportunities for residents to engage and prosper in today’s digital society. By providing free public WiFi, the City of Cambridge aims to increase access to the internet in an effort to deliver economic and educational opportunities and benefits to its residents.
