The Planning Board will be holding a meeting Tuesday, Feb. 4, at 7 p.m., at Cambridge Citywide Senior Center, 806 Mass. Ave. along with Harvard University, MIT and Lesley University to review the institutions’ Annual Town Gown Update Reports. The meeting will include a period for public comment.

The Town Gown reports describe current activities of the institutions, including data about student population, institutional housing and future development plans.  These reports also fulfill the agreement reached in 1991 with the Mayor’s Committee on University-Community Relationships, which calls for the schools to make an annual report to the Planning Board.

The reports can be viewed online on the City website at: http://www.cambridgema.gov/towngown

Copies are also available through the Community Development Department. For more information contact Tracey Joyce at 617-349-4651 or tjoyce@cambridgema.gov.
