Free Public Document Shredding March 8

Dispose of personal documents safely at this free Public Document Shredding event Saturday, Mar. 8, 10 a.m.- 2 p.m., Central Square Post Office, 770 Massachusetts Ave. Event will take place rain or shine.

This event is being coordinated by the Cambridge Consumers’ Council and the Public Works Department in collaboration with the Central Square Post Office, the Office of the Attorney General, the Executive Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulations.

Information will also be available to consumers on tips to avoid identity theft, fraud and scams and the City’s recycling and composting programs. Contact: Laura M. Nichols, consumer@cambridgema.gov, 617.349.6150.
