Property Tax Bills Mailed Out October 23

FY16 Tax Rate Chart

The City of Cambridge FY2016 real estate and personal property tax bills will be mailed on October 23, 2015. The first half portion is due and payable on November 23, 2015.  The second half portion most likely will be due and payable on May 2, 2016.

Overvaluation abatement applications are due November 23, 2015.

Applications for the residential exemption and other statutory exemptions are due no later than January 20, 2016.  More information about the residential and other statutory exemptions and to download a residential exemption application form.

Taxpayer Assistance Available

Assistance with property tax exemption application forms will be available from Oct.27 - Nov.18.  Link to Schedule.
(Note:To complete applications for income-related exemptions, a copy of your 2014 income tax return will be required.)
