City Hall 1896

Common Boston is hosting this special event that provides free and open access to dozens of architecturally, culturally, and historically significant sites throughout Boston. Cambridge City Hall will be a participating site with an Open House on Saturday/Sunday June 4-5, from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Cambridge City Hall was built and given to the city by Cambridge native Frederick Hastings Rindge, who wished the building to express "honesty and strength."
