Public Invited to Recommend Projects for FY17 Community Preservation Act Funding

The City of Cambridge is holding a public hearing to discuss FY17 Community Preservation Act (CPA) uses Wednesday, June 15, at 6 p.m., Cambridge City Hall, Sullivan Chamber, 795 Massachusetts Avenue. This hearing is being held for the community to recommend projects for the use of FY17 Community Preservation Act (CPA) funds.  CPA provides funding for Affordable Housing, Historic Preservation and Open Space.

All ideas are welcome. For those who cannot attend this meeting, we still want to hear from you.  Please complete the online form

Additionally, project recommendations can be emailed to Karen Preval at kpreval@cambridgema.gov.  If sending an email, please include: First/Last Name, Address, Indicate whether you are a Resident or Cambridge Business Owner. Choose one of three project areas (Affordable Housing, Open Space or Historic Preservation). Please include a brief description of your suggested project (500 word limit).

All written comments will be read into the record at each upcoming meeting.
