A 10-day
celebration of science, technology, engineering, arts, and math makes science accessible, engaging and fun for everyone through multifaceted, multicultural events. Key City related events include:
- Science in the City, Friday, April 12, 2-6 p.m., City Hall. 28 City departments, organizations, and community groups will take over City Hall to interactively teach youth about the science behind how Cambridge works. The free event will include hands-on activities and lectures.
- Science Carnival & Robot Zoo Saturday, Apr. 13, 12-4 p.m. Cambridge Rindge & Latin School Field House & Cambridge Public Library. Family friendly expo with over 100 ways to explore, build, learn, and have fun!
- Science Behind Public Safety, Wednesday, Apr. 17, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Robert W. Healy Public Safety Facility, 125 Sixth St. Learn about the various public safety agencies and the tools and technology used at crime scenes and for crime analysis.
