Cambridge residents age 60 and older are invited to join the “On-Bike Skills Clinic and Group Ride Series,” offered in partnership by the Community Development Department and Cambridge Council on Aging.

Wednesdays, August 23 - October 18
8 - 9 a.m. (clinic), 9 - 11 a.m. (group ride)
Danehy Park, basketball courts near St. Peter's Field

The series includes an On-Bike Skills Clinic to help you brush up on your bicycling skills as an older adult. Instructors will work with small groups to focus on building the skills, stability, and confidence to bicycle.

Following the clinic, participants can join the weekly Group Ride, which will gradually increase in mileage while maintaining a relaxing pace. The Group Ride will begin on off-street paths and focus on improving on-bicycle comfort and navigation.

All skill and ability levels welcome!
