In this informal conversational group moderated by the Council on Aging, we will explore grief and how it impacts our lives. We will also share resources, coping strategies, and personal experiences around loss. All are welcome to attend.
This 3-part, in-person series will be held on Monday, December 2, Monday, December 9, and Monday December 16, from 2-3 p.m., at the Cambridge Senior Center, 806 Massachusetts Ave.
Conversations will be facilitated by Susan Pacheco, Executive Director of the Cambridge Council on Aging, and Vincent McCarthy, Director of Client Services at the Cambridge Council on Aging.
Registration is encouraged, but drop-in participation is also welcome. You can attend one or all three sessions.
