Soofa at Danehy Park

What are all these new, chic benches across Cambridge? Smart urban furniture company Soofa (developed by Changing Environments, an MIT Media Lab spin-off) is bringing its solar-powered benches to Cambridge. Soofa is a solar-powered bench that can charge up to two cell phones at a time! So take a break, read a book, and charge your phone with the help of the sun.

Cambridge is a participant in the Soofa Early Adopter Program, bringing 13 of these benches to our community. And we're in good company! Austin and Los Angeles are fellow members.

Where can I find a Soofa Bench?

Check out this map of all the Soofa solar-powered charging benches currently located in Cambridge.
