A draft version of the City’s Consolidated Annual Performance Report (CAPER) that is submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development by October 1, 2016 is available for review and comment. This draft details the programs and services offered by the City from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016 utilizing CDBG, HOME and ESG funds.
