2021 Town Gown Reports

caution sign The information on this page may be outdated as it was published 2 years ago.

On February 1, 2022 the Planning Board will hear the 25th anniversary Town Gown Report presentations from MIT, Lesley University, and Harvard University. The presentations will review the 2021 annual reports.

Every year each school that is a signatory to the 1991 Town Gown Report, or which voluntarily agrees to follow the same process, submits a Town Gown Annual Report to the Community Development Department. The reports are an opportunity for the schools to provide an overview of their institutional planning and strategic goals, which impact the city's development, public spaces, and student populations.

The meeting will take place at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom. Following the presentations, the Planning Board will take public comments on the reports. The Planning Board's own discussion of the Town Gown Reports may occur that evening or be deferred to another date, depending on the time needed.
