Power Pedal Returns

The Cambridge Council on Aging and Community Development Department will once again host Power Pedal. This free 12-week virtual fitness course aims to help adults 60+ of all abilities to get into bicycling shape. 

Whether you are looking to get back on the bicycle after many years or just want to get in shape for the coming season, this series of classes will take you through a comprehensive regime of strength, balance, flexibility, and agility to get you ready to ride. 

Power Pedal classes will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. from March 8 through May 26. All classes will be recorded. This class is suitable for all fitness levels. No equipment is necessary, although there will be an option to incorporate hand weights or household items for added resistance.
