Surface Ice Rescue Training

Surface Ice Rescue Training:
All ladder companies, squads, the rescue, as well as our Belmont MA Fire Department partners, are training in surface ice rescue on Fresh Pond this week.
As always, teamwork & safety are emphasized.
This training will continue all week, Feb 14, 15, 16, and 17th.
A perfect day for this training on Monday, the temp was 20 degrees with a wind chill of 4 in the morning.

 

Cambridge Group 3 was on duty.
