Healthy Profits Workshop: Workshop on How to Profitably Sell Healthy Products in Your Store or Restaurant
Tuesday, May 12, 9:30–11:30 a.m.,
Cambridge Public Library, 449 Broadway

Selling or serving healthy foods at your store or restaurant can help you increase sales and attract and retain loyal customers, but you can’t just label a product or dish as “healthy” and expect sales to soar.

This workshop will cover how to find out what types of healthy foods are likely to appeal to your current or potential customers and best techniques for displaying and promoting healthy foods. Participants will participate in a brief exercise to map out a plan for launching or expanding their healthy foods program.

Everyone will go home with a handout outlining best practices for selling healthy foods. Participants will also learn about opportunities for in-store consultations and grants for their businesses. This workshop is presented by Good Egg Marketing.

To register contact Rona Abrahams at 617-349-4637 or rabrahams@cambridgema.gov. TTY Line is 617-349-4621. Program is free to all.
