Join us for Cambridge Jazz Festival Thursday, July 26, from 12-6 p.m., at University Park Commons, Sidney St., Cambridge MA. Last year, the free concert drew over 2,500 Jazz lovers to hear world-renowned artists. This year, organizers are expecting even more attendees to this local celebration of jazz, jazz education and community life.

The 2015 line-up year features: Cambridge native Nnenna Freelon featuring the Ron Savage Trio, celebrating Billie Holiday, Eguie Castrillo and the Latin Jazz Connection, Laszlo Gardony Saxtet, Toth Brothers and jazz pianist JoAnne Brackeen.

"This is an unbelievable line-up, some of the top performers in the jazz world, and we are delighted that the whole festival is free to the public," says festival co-founder Larry Ward.

The Cambridge Jazz Festival (CJF) is a nonprofit, volunteer-run organization that produces free concerts throughout the year, and offers scholarships for young musicians through the Johnny Hodges Fund, which was established to provide opportunities for
young aspiring musicians. The CJF aims to be the catalyst for a lasting, sustainable Culture of Jazz in Cambridge.
