The Men’s Health League, the Men of Color Task Force, and community partners will host the annual Hoops ‘N’ Health sports tournament and other events to celebrate Men’s Health Month. The Men’s Health League, based at Cambridge Public Health Department, is a comprehensive men’s wellness program that promotes routine screenings, fitness and a healthy diet, and regular visits to a physician.

Fit For Life Orientation

Are you at risk for heart disease or diabetes? If so, the Fit For Life program may be a great first step toward taking better care of your health. This free 12-week program includes access to the Cambridge YMCA and the War Memorial Recreation Center; education for men around nutrition, fitness and other issues; group and individual workshops; and a mentor to help keep participants on track.
