Cambridge Ranked 10th Most Engaged Local Government

SeeClickFix, a service request and work management app that bridges the communication gap between residents and their local governments, recently analyzed the citizen request data from their 342 partner communities.

Cambridge, MA was ranked the 10th most engaged local government of 2018, based on number of requests made per capita, and the 9th most responsive local government, based on number of requests closed per capita in 2018 through its Commonwealth Connect system.
