Expect some traffic impacts from the Paddy's 5k and 85th Anniversary Block Party. This will be an all day event with street closure in front of 260 Walden St., from Garden St. to Sherman St.
Race starts at 10 a.m. with rolling road closures on the following streets: Walden St., Raymond St., Huron Ave., Sherman St., Rindge Ave., Cedar St., Harvey St. through field, back to Rindge Ave., up Sherman St., back onto Walden St.
Race proceeds benefit Cambridge Girls Softball and Title IX Girls Running Club. Both organizations work on team building, athletic skills, and strengthen the connection among physical, mental and social well-being of girls.
