Cambridge Police and Fire responded to reports of a small group of protestors on the roof and another 20-30 individuals outside the Raytheon Technologies building on Moulton Street in Cambridge on Monday, March 21, 2022.
As a result of a data reclassification by the Commonwealth, COVID-associated deaths reported for Cambridge residents have been adjusted to reflect 19 additional deaths dating from the onset of the pandemic in March 2020.
Eleven Cambridge organizations have been awarded $99,000 in Organizational Investment Grants by Cambridge Arts and the City of Cambridge. The funding program provides $9,000 grants to support operational costs, sustainability, and resiliency for local cultural organizations that benefit Cambridge residents.
In order to ensure that streets are properly cleaned, cars must move off the side of the street being swept to avoid being ticketed and towed. Cars must remain off the scheduled side of the street, from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., as indicated on the sign, even if the sweeper has already made a pass down the street, since it will often return a second time. Signs are posted on residential streets indicating the schedule.
