The race, which begins and ends at CambridgeSide (on First St. at corner of Charles St.) will take place from 7-10 a.m. Expect traffic impacts in Kendall Square, MIT, CambridgePort, Riverside, Mid-Cambridge, Harvard Square and West Cambridge, as well as parts of Boston (primarily along Soldiers Field Road).
