Harvard Book Store and the Cambridge Public Library welcome Nina Guilbeault, PhD—sociologist, author, educator, and cofounder of the nonprofit Plant Futures—for a discussion of her new book The Good Eater: A Vegan’s Search for the Future of Food. She will be joined in conversation by Michael Pollan—Professor of the Practice of Non-fiction at Harvard and author of nine books, including This is Your Mind on Plants. Registration is required.
